The Saint John Paul II Building is a state-of-the-art flexible learning, research and public engagement facility amongst a campus of rich heritage and tradition. The contemporary building on the campus’ Community Court reflects its historic setting in its glass façade. This unique exterior necessitated a versatile, uniform and long-spanning cladding solution to frame the reflection.  Through ARC’s customised, project-specific cladding solution this was successfully achieved.

Simon and his team at ARC advised and delivered a most outstanding roof cladding system to the roof at Elements of Byron Resort in Byron Bay. The brief from our client was to build a building ‘shaped like a sand dune’. This was highly technical, achieved with remarkable effect.
Each sheet was individually rolled and shaped so that all seams pointed to two control points on either side of the pool.

This roof involved the application of world first technologies and the team finished it on program and to budget.

We contracted ARC for specialised metal works on two projects recently including zinc cladding to Brisbane Boys Grammar and a high-end residential project in Northern NSW.

On both occasions working with them has not only been a pleasure but a hassle free experience. Their quality and product knowledge is of an extremely high level which is suited to my project types and is essential to my business. What really stands out is that all the promises made, on detail, quality and progress on site were kept in full. Both Simon and Ryan come through with what they say they will.

Cockram Constructions engaged ARC to undertake the façade works at St Stephens Hospital when the original design details and budget could not be met with the nominated system. They took a positive and proactive approach helping us identify the issues surrounding the original design and budget, and tailored a new system to meet our criteria while also achieving a reduced program. The general approach from them was professional and helpful throughout all phases of design, fabrication and installation. The end result being a high class finish which was appreciated by both our client and architect. I would happily use them on future projects.
