We are proud of our recent major project, a home in North Curl Curl for winning HIA 2021 Australian Home of the Year – NSW!⁣

This house has won many awards previously including;

• Winner 2019 Forbes International – Residential Property of the Year
• Winner HIA 2020 NSW Region – Home of the Year
• Winner HIA 2020 NSW Region – Custom Built Home
• Winner HIA 2020 NSW Region – Custom Built Home $2M-$4M

With a unique design, it consists of four split-level pods built around a sandstone cliff. To complement the panoramic views, we utilised black zinc for the facade which will never corrode, perfect for a beach property.⁣

The house is real-life art and we thoroughly enjoyed working with passionate builder Mallinger Constructions.⁣
