ARC took on the fabrication (modelling the tiles, working out fixing system) and installation of this extremely challenging job.

Particular challenges for this job were:

Ensuring the steel was within tolerance to ensure the 3d modelled laser/punch cut petals would all align and brackets would sit correctly when installed.

Installing the petals onto the steel in a factory while referencing the 3d model to ensure correct petal placement.

The structure was then taken apart with most petals still on and transported to site where it was craned into position 6 stories up.  We then installed the remaining petals from an EWP and from the inside of the structure.
