We are proud to announce that our recent major project, the North Curl Curl house by Mallinger Construction has won the 2021 HIA-CSA Australian Home of the Year!
2021 HIA Australian Custom Built Home and 2021 HIA Australian Custom Built Home Winner
The home which can only be classified as real-life art is astounding as it consists of four split-level pods built around a sandstone cliff.
To complement the panoramic views, the team at ARC utilised black zinc for the facade which will never corrode, ideal for the beach property.
The home has also previously won the following awards:
- Winner 2019 Forbes International – Residential Property of the Year
- Winner HIA 2020 NSW Region – Home of the Year
- Winner HIA 2020 NSW Region – Custom Built Home
- Winner HIA 2020 NSW Region – Custom Built Home $2M-$4M
